Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Application Manager

We are using ManageEngine Application Manager for our International project. We can monitor multiple instances at a time on one dashboard, it's infra-saving.

Pros

  • Adds multiple databases eg: Postgres MongoDB Sybase
  • We can monitor port services also
  • The graphical interface is very user-friendly

Cons

  • The current replication status could be visible
  • I would like it to count RPO and RTO for Postgres
  • Monitoring with port
  • Server Monitoring
  • We can give a dashboard to any client so he can easily check the server at any time
  • The best alert system so it's helpful for 100 % uptime
Port monitoring is the main reason to switch from other products and have the best support response from ManageEngine.

Excellent support. Implementation members are very helpful they understand the exact requirements and explain in detail the correct solution. We have been using ManageEngine Applications Manager for more than 2 years. It's very effective monitoring too easy to use port monitoring. For monitoring, it's user-friendly because we can monitor multiple instances on a single dashboard.
