Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Very easy and user-friendly to use for all teams.

Pros

  • Easy navigation.

Cons

  • Make it easier to add PPT slides into a board.
  • We're still working out how to combine hybrid working i.e. when delegates are in a room physically and are joining virtually.
All tools very easy to use and it's intuitively clear how all features work.
People in the organisation are very happy to use this tool and feel supported.

Very well suited for multiple users exploring and contributing as part of a virtual workshop. Would be great if users could use boards without creating an account.
