Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Extremely intuitive and easy to use and works like a breeze. I had a zero learning curve and started using it just like I would utilize a blackboard and chalk. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to use it for analysis, teaching, presentations to explain processes, core concepts or simply just doodle away ideation.

Pros

  • Intuitive and simple design is one of its strong points, so zero learning curve!
  • Clearing away the whole board or parts of the board is a breeze to avoid confusion.
  • The different pens with colors and nib thickness allow easy explanations.

Cons

  • Sometimes clearing the board has its [glitches] and I need to click multiple times.
  • Perhaps on multiple clicks while doing a task a quick tooltip help popup will add value.
  • Adding a Calculator to the tool would be useful.
  • Time savings.
  • Reduced physical whiteboard need and paper usage.
  • A zero learning curve could have increased productivity within no time.
Lucidspark has a zero learning curve and an extremely adaptive design. A few clicks to check the app out and any user can start using it like using a physical whiteboard. I could spend more time and effort on my analysis and explanation since there was almost a negligible effort for me to spend on learning how to use it.
Haven't had a chance to get support and or did I have a need for support as the Lucidspark tool designers have perhaps spent a lot of time understanding the user's needs and have made it very easy to learn and use since the tool is extremely adaptive with zero learning curve.

Yes

It is extremely well suited in trying to explain an idea or make the reasoning of analysis and present it to an audience. I use it extensively to try and convey how a process or equation works while analyzing. Less appropriate in places that involve a lot of math and calculations and could be remedied by providing a calculator tool perhaps.
