Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use Lucidspark to mimic in-person brainstorming sessions or communication planning whilst the organisation is mostly working from home. We find it has been really helpful in terms of bringing teams together and allowing everyone to contribute in a fair and accessible way, ensuring that we get the best ideas and solutions possible with clear next steps.

Pros

  • Allows fair contributions for participants.
  • Organises and complies ideas in an efficient way.
  • Gives a visual aid for conversations and ideas.

Cons

  • Sometimes the functionality isn't super intuitive for those not used to these sorts of platforms.
  • Makes meeting time more efficient and saves time overall.
Overall the interface is very intuitive for me and easy to use, however, I have used similar platforms before so I'm unsure if this is from my own experience or whether it is truly intuitive hence why I gave it a little bit less than a 10 out of 10 ratings.
I gave it an 8 out of 10 because I've never particularly needed overall support for Lucidspark however any time I have interacted with a representative from the organisation it seems to be very pleasant and helpful so I would give overall support for Lucidspark a high rating regardless.

It is definitely most appropriate for situations when you are trying to organise a bulk load of ideas or put everything down on a page allowing for everyone to contribute or add their ideas to the questions or scenario at hand. It would be less appropriate where the approach is more 1:1 or when you would be requesting feedback on a per person basis.
