Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We started using Lucidspark to develop our onboarding program for new hires and our ongoing training program for existing employees. What we did primarily was invest time in sharing the vision and the idea, and then get all departments involved to collaborate on the information needed. We then used the product to share the ideas and build a flow on how we wanted to attack it.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to organize ideas by color coding and easy-to-set flows
  • Extremely simple to use and figure out without some complicated training

Cons

  • I would like to understand how to use it with Excel better or Google Sheets
  • The ability to have one central place to review current process and flow
The product is extremely easy to use. It's very intuitive and easy to understand. After you use the product for one project, daily you'll want to submerge yourself in it to manage projects and ideas in a better way. I shared my board with my team, and everyone was able to get it figured out. The timer also helped us stay on task.
I haven't had to deal with the support much, but if it's similar's to Lucidchart, it's outstanding!

Anytime you need to elaborate on an idea and share it with a team or group, Lucidspark is perfect. It allows for free thinking and free ideas. I would encourage anybody who is developing a new process or a new program that involves many individuals to use this tool; it makes it extremely simple to add value!
