Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is pretty easy to use in my opinion. Most buttons are where you would expect them to be and most icons accurately depict the action you can expect to perform when clicking a button. The user and folder management settings are easy to implement and understand. It also has an easy-to-integrate Slack app which comes which pretty useful functionality.
Lucidchart is being used at our organization to map out requirements we collect for products we are trying to build. It's a collaborative tool that allows us to get everything down and then organize it in a way that makes sense and makes it easy to understand, track, and rearrange information. Prior to Lucidchart, we struggled with going between Google docs or Sheets both of which are [a] great tools but don't have the same amount of flexibility in their UI or templates that can be used to do product diagramming.

I haven't had a need for much support, but every interaction I have had with someone at Lucidchart has been pleasant.

Lucidchart is a bit more structured, is gear a bit more towards diagramming, and has better templates to get you started quickly!
I think Lucidchart is well suited for digital whiteboarding, data lineage diagramming, and mapping out business requirements. I think it's less suited to collecting feedback and writing lengthier text.
