Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The welcome tutorials were definitely helpful in navigating the surface. I believe there are far more functions Lucidchart could probably do, but I haven't reached that point yet in my journey with the application. In future updates, I'm hoping for some more tutorials on what flow charts are, how they are typically used, and outlier examples of what it could be used for but isn't typical.
I am currently using Lucidchart to help map out our cornerstone pieces. Since our company is on the larger end, there are many channels our content team must do to our account to ensure company-wide initiatives and awareness. Lucidchart helps paint a simple high-level overview of our plans and how each channel interacts with one another.

I haven't reached out for any support. I'm hoping the support matches the product when I do have an issue. I don't have anything else to add.

Lucidchart was particularly useful for helping paint a high-level overview of our content mapping for the c-suite so we can have buy-in and help support budget asks. As a beginning user, I think this was super helpful and relatively easy to use. I hope to see the ability to integrate photos and video into the chart later on.
