Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We use Litmus as a QA tool and many analytics tools to optimize emails for the top email clients. This tool addressed some issues that we had with emails in dark mode, and we were able to modify the user experiences for those using it. It is also an excellent way for us to communicate with the other teams for approvals without giving access to our main tool.

Pros

  • Previews and QA give us multiple relevant options for testing different scenarios.
  • User friendly for the Proof and comments features.
  • Folder Management.

Cons

  • When creating a tracking code, I would like to see a button that says "Create New" without having to return to the main page.
  • When creating a tracking code, I would like to have no expiration option.
  • There is a little bit more personalization for the personalization content (being able to access the code HTML and not only the snippet).
  • Optimized our emails KPIs.
  • Reduced our QA process.
  • Limit the number of users in our email integration platform.

In my daily work, Litmus is a great tool. It gives us the option to track some analytics that our main platform can't. Also, we started using personalized content, and it answered a lot of requests for the marketing team (countdown...) without having to have another license for a countdown generator. It's also a great tool for communicating with the other teams for all the approvals.
