Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We use Litmus to test email deployments we are creating for various media outlets, and our own deployments through Pardot. Pardot has built-in Litmus testing, but it is limited.

Pros

  • Previews of email across multiple devices and platforms
  • Multiple methods for adding email content into Litmus
  • Ability to temporarily suspend the account

Cons

  • Expensive for infrequent use, would appreciate a lower tier with composer/previews only
  • Litmus has ensured our best foot is forward regarding HTML email deployments, as we can be confident everyone is seeing the content the way we intended
