Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Our company helps other companies collect feedback from their customers using a set of different channels. One of the highly used channels is email. We send emails to ask the customer to provide feedback. Each email needs to be unique to the brand and company it is going out to collect feedback for. While we do get the design recommendations from our client, we need to work on implementing them in our system so that we can send them out. While building these email templates for our clients, we depend heavily on Litmus for its ability to show how the template would look across different email clients. Litmus makes it easy to find design issues and clear them.
Pros
- Ability to view your email in many different email clients
- Easy to make changes which are reflected live in the email clients
- Sharing the template link internally for approval is easy and fast
Cons
- While I can see how the email would look like, I can't interact with it, making testing the links impossible
- While we can send the litmus links to approval, having it inbuild would be great
- Easier to test emails in multiple email clients
- Ability to share email links internally
- Helps debugging specific issues
