Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

I'm using Intercom to chat with people and communicate with people in many countries around the world. I strongly recommend it, as it's very easy to use. Nothing is hard there, and everybody, even with no experience, can educate themselves and try to use it to its full capacity. I have been using it for about 8 months, and I feel like I've been using it for 8 years. It's very simple, and nothing is hard.

Pros

  • Easy buttons.
  • No lagging/crashing.
  • Fast connection.

Cons

  • Slow typing.
  • Add more categories.
  • Missing features.
  • Lead conversion.
  • Communicating with people.
  • Business onboarding.
Because it's straightforward to use, even if you don't have any previous experience with such platforms, I am using it with no prior knowledge, and all I can say is that it is very comfortable to use. There are no complicated things to find there, and that's all I can say for now until something changes my mind.
All of the apps I mentioned above are not even close to how Intercom is using its full power to show that it's very easy to use. I will never change my opinion about Intercom since I've been using it for over half a year and I'm used to it because of how simple it gets.

Sometimes, whenever I try to copy and paste a text form from another article or external browser, it lags, and the Intercom window crashes. I need to restart the browsers to continue doing my work. It's very annoying sometimes, but happily, it doesn't happen often. I hope it's going to be fixed as soon as possible.
