Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
We use it to provide email and chat support for our customers all over the world. As a customer support agent, I use Intercom basically all the time and it is my primary work software. We also use it internally when leaving notes to either help our colleagues or to report problems customers are facing.
Pros
- It is fairly easy to use and you can get into it quickly.
- It offers a lot of features that can make your work easier (for example macros and notes)
- It offers great insight on statistics in regards to customer satisfaction etc.
Cons
- The search feature could be optimized.
- I don't have access to this data
