IBM Cloud Video (Ustream) has been a solid content delivery network and platform. Within our organization, we use IBM Cloud Video services to support our corporate and governmental clients to allow them an extremely reliable streaming platform. Because IBM Cloud Video is so stable and has the capacity to quickly scale to any size job, it is the ideal platform to be used by both large and small clients.

IBM Cloud Video has an extremely reliable platform.
The service scales well for larger clients.
The customer service support is outstanding.

Better closed captioning support
Detailed noticed on change of player functions and/or features

Likelihood to Recommend

IBM Cloud Video (including Ustream) is well suited for special events, product launches, speeches, conferences, seminars, concerts. It works well for most any live event. The IBM Cloud Video service is less appropriate in situations normal suited to real time teleconferencing and any services requiring to the millisecond bi or multidirectional communication.
