Easy and reliable, my perfect solution

As an employee, I've found Gusto to be more convenient and more reliable than other HR systems with previous employers. Specifically, I absolutely love that Gusto requires a non-work email for registration. I've had other companies that have locked me out of accessing tax records and other necessary documents, because the HR tool they were using was connected to a work account.
