Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for our time tracking, expense reimbursement, offer letters and all other documentation and forms, pay stubs, and pay check tracking. Basically it is the central platform for all HR processes. My organization is on the smaller side so we don't have too many needs and Gusto serves most of them to my knowledge.

Pros

  • Time tracking
  • Telling me when I can expect my next pay check

Cons

  • I'd like a more robust dashboard for seeing my pay stubs
  • Since we only use this one tool, I think it has been cost-effective for our lean team
It's simple and intuitive, the interface is pleasing and user-friendly, and everything is in one place and can be located quickly. Tools and features are generally where you'd expect them to be and do what you'd expect them to do.
I've been in UKG's time tracking and HR portal which is much less aesthetically pleasing and more difficult and less intuitive to operate. I prefer Gusto's interface and would be more likely to recommend Gusto by a long shot.

I like the interface which is user-friendly and all in one place. It's simple and intuitive and I like that I can track my time and see how many hours I've racked up per week.
