Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto for Payroll and PTO requests at my organization. We have a staff of less than 30, but Gusto is insanely effective for us. It is seamless and easy to use. The ability to break up a paycheck into a Spending Account to arrive 2 days before, a Rainy Day Fund, and the rest into a bank account is incredible. The ability to request PTO in the app is also easy to use. I love Gusto, and it's the best Payroll app I have ever used.
Pros
- PTO tracking and requesting
- Gusto's Spending Card
- The Rainy Day Fund
Cons
- Adding Bank Accounts for transferring funds from the Spending Account is a hassle and it won't let you add more than one, which is not great
- I have seen a great ROI with employee satisfaction. I don't have exact numbers, but I know my peers enjoy the application.
Gusto is easier to use, more secure, and the mobile app offers the best user experience. The ability to use a Spending Account Card along with a Rainy Day Fund is a unique feature and enables staff to get paid and use their money faster in a pinch. It has a better UI overall.
