Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My employers use Gusto for our payroll and time off request. It keeps track of employees out of office, paid holidays as well as birthdays and company anniversaries. We use Gusto pretty heavily and rely on it to keep running smoothly. Makes it very easy to plan for the upcoming weeks and keep everybody in the loop as to any business changes.

Cons

Would like to see paystubs before payday.
Few issues with unpaid time off requests not tracking.
Wish to see holidays that are not paid on the schedule.

Return on Investment

Not sure, but I can say communication has risen multitudes.

Very easy to navigate, open layout in the app where the most commonly used features are front and center.

Love being able to request time off when needed, especially if I’m not working and don’t want to forget. Extremely useful to see paystubs and even estimated deposit times. Very useful for updating company documents like onboarding packets, tax forms and handbooks. Great at sending out notifications and reminders when there are any changes or new paperwork to fill out. Also really enjoy the features that allow my employers to send out routine anonymous questionnaires as to how we feel in our role in the company.
