Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to keep track of my hours and time off. As a therapist who is paid hourly, it is a really nice way to track hours and stay organized around my scheduling. I enjoy being able to see the + or minus from PTO and the history if I need to look back to check on dates.

SO MUCH EASIER TO USE THAN OTHER HOUR/PAY/HR apps or programs. I cannot say enough good things about Gusto. I haven't had any issues yet. I feel confident that Gusto will continue to improve with time, but it is already a great application.

Alternatives Considered

Wurk

Wurk had security breaches and was not very streamlined and formatted in the past. I was not impressed with the setup or finding different areas to use under hidden tabs. It was a few years ago, so I hope they have improved security and formatting, but Gusto is easily the better choice.

I have never used a better hour/pay/HR system. It is highly recommended, streamlined, and easy to use. Hopefully, Gusto is secure! It is way better than Wurk or HR checkwriters; those were horrible, and there were significant data breaches for workers/employees. I feel confident about using Gusto as I haven't had any issues.
