Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

All of my administrative needs are met with Gusto. I am able to clock in/out, request PTO, access my employee benefits, and gain access to tax documents.

Everything is compartmentalized into one easy to use website and makes the admin side of my job easy!

Pros

  • Access to employee benefits and health insurance cards
  • Access to time tracking
  • Access to tax dox

Cons

  • PTO feature has been malfunctioning in the app, unable to access or request PTO.
Very simply user interface with minimal clicks to get access to desired spot in the app.
Gusto seems less sophisticated than Salesforce i that it is more simplified, but I feel that this is better in the way that it allows users to navigate the app.

Yes

Gusto is very well suited for allowing employees to track their time and access their benefits, however accessing PTO has been a challenge more recently but hopefully they are able to fix that issue.
