Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is great for tracking employee hours and quickly editing time for employees who forgot to clock in. It’s also great for seeing everyone’s earnings at a glance. It’s much easier than manually entering things into a spreadsheet. I do wish it loaded more quickly on mobile. The way it shows the pay period overview is very nice. We all like using it.

Pros

  • Displaying the hours worked by the entire team

Cons

  • Login sometimes is broken
  • The loading screen takes a long time
  • Too many ads for the Gusto debit account
  • I can see how much labor it is taking to do tasks each day
It’s intuitive with easy to read text and large buttons.

Gusto is great for small businesses where there’s a lot of remote work because people can use it on their phones. It’s also good because you can easily view pay history. Approving hours for a whole team is easy to do with a switch, and edits are easy to make.
