Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is used in my workplace as a way of tracking time, benefits, and managing payroll. I use it mainly to track time and view benefits.

Pros

  • Ease of Access (user-friendly)
  • Easy to receive support or find support resources
  • Clear communication of actions via email or otherwise

Cons

  • Sometimes, the time tracking when inserting time can be glitchy and I have to redo a couple times before it saves.
  • Easy to allocate money for savings
Very user-friendly. Easy to navigate both website and app. Clear categories which lessen the chance for confusion, simple and efficient design.

Well suited for small-medium sized business, particularly private practices. Perhaps not as well suited for businesses of more than 40-50 employees.
