My Experience with Gusto
Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto to clock in and clock out of our shift. We also use Gusto to request time off (paid or unpaid) Gusto tells us how much money we made in our pay period and what day we're getting paid. There's an optional way to get paid 2 days earlier with Gusto.
Pros
- It's easy to use and understand
- It handles security well (biometrics and 2fa with google authenticator)
- Tracking how much time has been worked and automatically telling you how much paid time off you have
Cons
- I wish there was a way I could automatically clock in. It's hard to only have a 60 second gap where I can clock in "on time" without making edits
- There used to be a problem with loading data but it seems like it has since been resolved
- Signing up initially was a bit tricky and not as intuitive
- Gusto hasn't impacted my business objectives
