Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is used in our small startup to handle payrolls and PTO. Instead of simply using Slack for these official functions, Gusto provides a centralized platform to manage everything.

Pros

  • User-friendly interface to manage PTO and vacations.
  • Centralized location to view employment documents.

Cons

  • Would be nice to have a portal lookup other employees with contact info.
  • More types of PTO should be available.
  • Positive: saved a ton of time that would be spent on paperwork.
Very user-friendly UI with sleek graphics and self-explanatory navigation. I do not have to google anything up - I was able to master my Gusto portal the day I logged in for the first time. An AI chatbot to help would be a great addition!
