Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Just recently onboarded with Gusto: for myself what is attractive is the ease of use, the all-inclusive payroll (paying out payroll, taxes, etc.), and equally important is the timely support. I had used a different service in the past two years (QB) which was always flawed, regularly running into sign-on difficulties resulting in payroll taxes being late and incurring those penalties. I am very grateful that my new accounting team introduced me to Gusto: I have successfully run the past two payrolls seamlessly, without any problems.
