Overall Satisfaction with Google Cloud Speech-to-Text

Writing emails allows me to multitask.

Pros

  • Speech recognition.
  • Plenty of minutes per month.
  • Accuracy with accents.

Cons

  • Large amounts of data take longer.
  • The transcription accuracy leads to a more efficient working time when I'm using it on the go, in between appointments, and in the car.
Easily accessed and easily learned, I quickly picked up the steps to make this work in my daily work. The customizable models were also a bonus and made work much faster.

It's great for quick transcription for an email or while I'm on the go for appointments and clients. If I'm writing a longer report, it's easier to dump all my thoughts typing instead of speaking, but I can still find it helpful if I'm unable to type for long periods.
