Mainly for call recording to enable reviews, preparation, coaching and enablement

  • The AI analytics aren't as strong as GPT
  • Sometimes the Gong Agent doesn't join a call and then it isn't recorded at all and the call is lost
  • It could be more proactive when it finds risk and opportunities in deals
  • It creates massive efficiency
  • It enables easy collaboration on calls, across all internal players
Gong is very easy to use, it's designed for non technical teams and users in different departments. Sales calls record and are analyzed automatically, the platform send timely notifications and is available in an easy to use mobile app too

Perfect for managing your own deals and managing a sales team's deals by giving a source of truth to every sales call. It allows me to be fully present in calls and meetings without needing to take notes and write down action items. It allows me to also inspect my team's work and make sure we are all singing from the same song sheet
