Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Really gives us insights to the conversations with prospects we have and defines what hat we spend our time on In The meetings. We are able to go back and review past meetings and see exactly how much time we spent talking to prospects in the meeting and how much time they talked as well.

  • Less emails sent about my recording
  • Send recording to coworkers that were added as well automatically
  • Time saved in asking colleagues how it went
  • Greater alignment with AE to SDR
  • Increased accuracy of calls
Gong was automatically set up for me and it automatically records all of my calls and phone calls that I actually talk with someone. All I have to do is go to Gong and watch all of my recording that are on the homepage. Not a very hard platform to use.

Gong is very appropriate to use as like athletes watch film to prepare and also to analyze where they could have done better. It is also very valuable for others in the organization to also review calls without having to ask how the calls went from the ones who held the meeting.
