Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong to analyze my conversations and improve my interactions with partners. Analytics and transcripts are the highlights.

Pros

  • Statistics for conversational tendencies
  • Seeing who is doing the majority of the talking
  • Granularity into trends amongst dialogue

Cons

  • Transcript accuracy
  • Sales automation platform integration (i.e. Outreach)
  • Video intelligence
  • Increased productivity
  • Shortened sales cycle
  • Better leadership & coaching
Since my company integrated it for me, I have no complaints about ease of use. You just log in and listen to your conversations.
