Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
Our team uses FloQast on a daily basis to stay organized and compliant. FloQast helps us organize all of our workpapers and complete our month-end financials in a timely manner. The reconciliations tab makes reviewing and signing off on workpapers a breeze and also alerts us when account balances change in prior months.
Pros
- FloQast makes organizing a complex and lengthy list of month end close items easy and clear
- FloQast increases visibility for who is responsible for which tasks on the team
- FloQast provides helpful insights about our progress on any given task or project
Cons
- While some aspects of FloQast are very user-friendly, other areas could be made easier to navigate. Specifically, our Close workflow is very easy to use but the Compliance folders can be more difficult to navigate.
- This could be user error, but it does not appear that FloQast currently allows compliance tasks that might be annual to be set up for more than a month in advance. We would like to create checklist items for further in advance if we know we have an annual filing due in 6 months.
