Overall Satisfaction with FloQast

Our team uses FloQast on a daily basis to stay organized and compliant. FloQast helps us organize all of our workpapers and complete our month-end financials in a timely manner. The reconciliations tab makes reviewing and signing off on workpapers a breeze and also alerts us when account balances change in prior months.

Pros

  • FloQast makes organizing a complex and lengthy list of month end close items easy and clear
  • FloQast increases visibility for who is responsible for which tasks on the team
  • FloQast provides helpful insights about our progress on any given task or project

Cons

  • While some aspects of FloQast are very user-friendly, other areas could be made easier to navigate. Specifically, our Close workflow is very easy to use but the Compliance folders can be more difficult to navigate.
  • This could be user error, but it does not appear that FloQast currently allows compliance tasks that might be annual to be set up for more than a month in advance. We would like to create checklist items for further in advance if we know we have an annual filing due in 6 months.

Yes

FloQast is a lifesaver when it comes to tracking compliance and finance tasks. It allows our team to track due dates easily, see who is responsible for what, and sign off on reconciliations. The ability to create review notes for specific items that tag the reviewer is a feature we find helpful during our busiest times of the month or year. The ability to receive alerts when prior period balances change is also fantastic.
