Exclaimer for consistency

Exclaimer reduces headaches as it allows us to maintain brand and compliance standard in our signatures across all our users regardless of where and what device they are connecting from. As well, we are easily able to makes changes to all, some or single users signatures easily from one platform. This has allowed us to enhance a division's signature for marketing or special notices that are time dependent. The integration with O365 allows a robust amount of information you can pull from.

Data security was an initial consideration when evaluating - once the initial review was performed evaluating what Exclaimer has in place, this has not been at the forefront as it is considered a fundamental part of the platform infrastructure. Will be reviewed at renewal
