Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We use EveryAction to deploy emails across many departments, communicate with departments and build action pages for our organization.

Pros

  • Organizers subscribers.
  • Detailed engagement metrics.
  • Strong reporting functions.
  • Easy system to duplicate efforts.

Cons

  • Action pages could be simplified.
  • Ways to promote the click to tweet function.
  • The system doesn't suggest email enhancements.
  • Fundraise.
  • Optimize digital efforts.
I have experienced no outage that conflicted with my work! Thank you EveryAction for being mindful of work times when deploying updates to the platform.
The performance is consistent, and I can depend on the system to do the job I set it up to do.

It is a more robust tool that offers features they lack. What I like most about EveryAction are the action pages that I can use, customize, and target specific segments to take action.
I can't think of a scenario where I wouldn't use EveryAction. It works perfectly across all of our departments. I find the platform easy to use, and easy to train new team members on. EveryAction provides quick, easy ways for us to communicate with our audiences in the different ways they wish to be engaged.
