Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We are utilizing EveryAction through communications emails to supporters, advocacy, processing recurring gifts, and as a CRM for all supporters. It's being used by the development and communications teams.

Pros

  • Bulk uploads
  • Segmentations (activist codes, tags, source codes)
  • Online actions

Cons

  • I would like to see tags applied to online actions
  • Drag-and-drop editor for everything
  • Embed videos in emails
  • I am sure it has increased engagement and fundraising performance!
I was not here for the implementation process.
I have not experienced any outages yet.
Definitely has advanced our goals and made communicating with our supporters so much easier!
