It's user friendly to check performance linked incentives, forecasting the incentives and target the revenue number accordingly. No need to keep a note of past date, it's all available with a single click.

- More customized version of dashboard for individuals and teams alike
- Speed of loading, a bit slow sometimes
- Ranking system if possible team-wise
- Driving employees to achieve their targets
- Auto updation of earned incentives provides motivation
- Ranking system (team-wise or individual-wise) can be better
