Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Everstage to track my monthly payouts and keep updated. It's very user-friendly and has wide range of tools. Building pipeline and planning the numbers has become much easier and good bye for other sheets and labor work. Also clarified how we track rewards in order to better understand them.

Pros

The best part of this tool is it helps calculate the Incentives every month based on the achieved target
The leadership part shows where we are and the commission part
Also seeing the previous month's achievements is helping me get motivated and plan upcoming months also so that it will help me get appraisals also.

Cons

Too slow sometimes
Crystal needs more improvement and there are lots of bugs.
Sometimes not able to login

It helps us the sales team to calculate the revenue achieved and how much I have earned as per the incentive structure. It helps us the sales team to boost their sales as per their incentives. It helps to remove the complexity of the calculation of incentives, Very user friendly. The software integrates with popular CRM systems like Salesforce that we use so it's better.
