Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
It’s being used across our whole organization to monitor the resources of our servers as well as data analytics.
Pros
- Present accurate information about the company resources and its usage.
- Monitor each component of our application.
- Excellent source of information for technical and non-technical business decisions.
- Present user-friendly information; perfect for presenting data to non-technical users.
Cons
- Documentation. Sometimes it’s really hard to find information that can be answered with a yes or no.
- Clarity of which components the company may need based on Dynatrace services.
- Overall the experience has been good. We are starting to get the results we were expecting, we will incorporate more of Dynatrace services in the future.
- NAKIVO Backup & Replication
I didn’t make the final decision, but the application is way better than NAKIVO.
