It is used by a department and it address critical business problems.

Pros

  • Has good speed when back[ing] up.
  • Has a good support team.
  • Has a real time response.

Cons

  • Reporting has limited options.
  • Has no option to generate a report [for] a specific property.
  • We were able to retrieve backup file during crisis.
  • We feel safe in case something [goes] wrong.
  • We are able to reduce costs.
I can mention two best reasons:
1. Cost
2. Speed

Both Druva and Datto have a good user interface.

We are using Druva for only critical laptops and the application is best suited for all laptops because of its speed [and] consistent back up jobs. There is no intervention needed from IT staff.
