Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) for all kinds of different things. Whether it's signing a contract with a service professional or sending out an NDA to a potential investor, we need something simple but legitimate to use. Since we are a company with both employees and investors around the world, a powerful e-sign tool is absolutely essential.

Pros

  • Simple workflow.
  • Drag and drop OR click to place fields.
  • Ability to group checkboxes and create requirements for them.

Cons

  • Nothing
  • We couldn't do business without it.
  • We are an eco-conscious group, so we love that it doesn't waste any unnecessary paper.
  • It saves us so much time compared to before when we'd email, and the recipient would print, fill out and scan back in the document.
Easy as can be.
I haven't used templates as of yet but I can imagine that feature would be as fleshed out as everything else we utilized so far.
Dropbox Sign is easy because so many of us at our company are already well-versed in Dropbox, so the intuitively-designed integration of the signing capability makes the transition quite seamless. Dropbox Sign is also well-priced for our needs.

It is well-suited for just about everything... I can't think of anything that it wouldn't work for at the moment. It's especially appropriate for us when we need to send out investor PPMs or OMs where multiple people need to sign. It's nice to have the flexibility of signing an order and getting a history of who has done what with the document.
