Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We use Diligent Boards for our Board Portal, distribution of Board materials, questionnaires, surveys voting docs. We also use Diligent Boards for COI Questionnaires for Officers and Directors. Recently the COI process was brought into Diligent Boards and it resolved doing timely manual distribution.

Pros

  • Customer Service - Team Blue is excellent
  • Product updates, communications, notifications
  • User friendly system that our Board can use to quickly access materials, resources, etc.

Cons

  • Easy Edit add / functionality to the web admin Board set-up
  • Questionnaire
  • Linking to agendas and materials; finding materials easily
  • Security in getting materials to Directors and Officers
  • Quick Distribution
  • Easy voting features
Team Blue has always provided excellent support and responds to issues quickly.

Standard Insurance Company has used Diligent Boards for 10 years. We have expanded the use of our Diligent Boards modules and functionality and Diligent has supported that growth. Diligent has excellent customer service and the admin functionality is very user friendly. As an admin, I appreciate the ease in distribution of materials to our Board and Officers.
