Overall Satisfaction with DigitalPersona
We use DigitalPersona Altus across our entire organization. Being a financial institution and having to follow numerous IT regulations, password security and complexity is a must and DigitalPersona allows our users to not have to remember numerous complex passwords and has increased productivity.
Pros
- DigitalPersona helps our users change passwords on the fly by auto generating a password that meet the password requirements in which ever application they may need.
- Biometric sign-on increases work flow by being able to log into applications and websites with the touch of a finger while providing security through fingerprint scanners.
Cons
- The password administration tool could use some more functionality, especially on sites that have to be created manually.
- Frustration has decreased as well as a reduction of helpdesk calls to unlock accounts on applications or websites.
- Users are requesting more and more templates each week and adoption has risen quite easily
