Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dialpad is being used in specific customer-facing departments at my company. It is easy to set new users up and get them up to speed. We use the phone tree feature to direct the calls to the correct department, which saves our Office Manager a lot of time.

I love Dialpad's push-to-cellphone feature! This allows me to never miss an important call. I usually never pick up calls from unknown numbers, and I like how Dialpad can push calls and show your Dialpad phone number so I can distinguish between a spam and a work call.
