Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We have a dynamic small business with multiple departments and lots of crossover. Deputy has done a nice job of letting us manage this. We have had some struggles, but usually the tech support has been quick to respond to our needs. It has a nice integration with our QuickBooks payroll, and we love the cloud based software and facial recognition capabilities.

Pros

  • Facial recognition.
  • QuickBooks integration.
  • Cloud based access.

Cons

  • Tech support response.
  • Server issues.
  • We have not measured, but definitely has helped our HR/accounting.

Easy to use and to train new users on.
I was not involved, but the office was pleased.
May be too much for a small business with fewer employees.
