Conga Composer has saved time for many of our Salesforce users which is better spent working with and supporting our clients. On one typical document, this has saved 1-2 hours per generation, and this document is generated 20-30 times per day.
Using Conga Composer with Salesforce allows us to control data in Salesforce with validation rules and other automations, which increases ata quality.

Conga Composer is well suited for situations involving document generation for small and large business purposes. Especially in situations that benefit from document automation.

Conga Composer is less appropriate for situations in which data cannot be readily pulled from Salesforce or another source, where users have lot of manual additions to merged template.
