Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

Generating a client list with logos and printing a PDF format using Salesforce as our single source of truth. Creating Quotes that are pulling from multiple related objects which cannot be done using Salesforce alone.

Pros

  • Queries multiple objects for one document
  • Their support is amazing
  • Creating beautiful final documents for presentations

Cons

  • Parameters guidance needs to be improved
  • Documentation is plentiful but it's a challenge to find what I need
  • Error messages when something's not working
  • Saves so much time in document creation.
  • Pulling in data from Salesforce as a single source of truth
