We use it to send proposals through Salesforce for signature.

Pros

  • Integration with Salesforce.

Cons

  • integration with Salesforce is buggy.
  • Integration with Salesforce is missing key components such as canceling a send, updating a send, etc.
  • Bad new customer experience.
Not as good.

I haven't used the tool outside of Salesforce, but I have just started using other tools like DocuSign because the Salesforce plugin has caused too many problems.
