Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga to create order forms and another template via Salesforce, which is very useful and makes our lives easy. We use Conga daily.

Pros

  • Create templates.
  • Pull accurate data from Salesforce.
  • Exporting in word & PDF formats.

Cons

  • The AI of conga could have been little more color full to attract people to use more.
  • Sometimes, there is a glitch, and I face the problem of not being able to select the type of template I want, so I have to reload the page again.
  • Time saved on document creation.
  • Increased efficiency.
