Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Task management: Task planning (calendar view and integration with Google Workspace), Storage of the relevant files inside the tasks, documentation writing, Emails as comments from Click Up, and status updates (including in the mobile app).
Pros
- Responsiveness and being quick.
- Looking awesome.
- Flexible recurring tasks set up.
- Tasks search.
- Tasks description formatting.
Cons
- The calendar view is still unreliable; you have to input data more than once.
- Mobile app reliability and offline mode.
- Calendar view clunkiness when it comes to planning within a day.
- Less time on looking for info.
- Transparent time tracking.
- Calendar-integrated timeslots for focused work.
Didn't use it for that. Not that big of an organization.
Docs and tasks are in one place. It looks and feels pleasant to interact with. It is feature-rich. Some of the features are clunky, but they are constantly improving.
- Jira Software, Asana and Notion
It's better looking, has keyboard shortcuts, more human-friendly settings, is more cost-effective, has built-in documents, and offers better search.
