The calendar view is still unreliable; you have to input data more than once.
Mobile app reliability and offline mode.

Docs and tasks are in one place. It looks and feels pleasant to interact with. It is feature-rich. Some of the features are clunky, but they are constantly improving.

It's better looking, has keyboard shortcuts, more human-friendly settings, is more cost-effective, has built-in documents, and offers better search.

Not needed: simple task management like "I need just checkboxes" — will be too complicated. Needed task management with deadlines, recurrent tasks, files, mentions, task interconnections, integrations, etc. And if they don't particularly like the big blue app.
