Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Our marketing agency uses ClickUp as the central information and operations source. We use the 'Spaces' to organise clients and keep track of ongoing activities within the agency. The integration with Xero allows us to easily create invoices and link them to relevant POs. The setup allows senior team members to easily monitor progress and junior staff to remain organised and on top of workload comfortably. The flexibility of ClickUps views such as 'List', 'Board', 'Calendar' etc allows each member of the team to work in a way that best suits them individually.

- Far less missed invoice creation
Any team members are able to easily see the progress across projects, this has improved collaboration and meeting deadlines. Senior members of the team are able to easily receive updates on projects as 'Watchers' which we've found to be particularly useful in keeping task lists minimised whilst remaining notified of progress.
The team now use ClickUp every day, first acting as their daily to-do list, some of which is created through the helpful automation tool where you can create re-occurring reminders to complete tasks. Secondly, project management is now housed in one place as opposed to files or separate set ups for each client or project we're currently working on. Overall and alongside other measures put in place, we have seen an increase in productivity and improvement in team collaborating across the company.
ClickUp was much more suitable and flexible on price point. The flexibility and customisation options were very important to us, for the price ClickUp charged, it was good value in money in comparison. This also included the number of team members/users we could add to ClickUp and no worries of space filling up too quickly and then having to upgrade for more.
