Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect
I am using it as a mobility client so I can connect to my corporate resources remotely. This specifically helps me to use applications like SAP, intranet, etc from home or client office. It enables me to access corporate applications using mobile hotspots, broadband connections, etc securely. It also enabled me to work 24x7.
It is very useful at month end when there is huge workload and we have to work after office hours also. Now instead of sitting in office, late at night we are able to work from home.

We choose Cisco AnyConnect over Sonicwall VPN due to its features and security protocols. Cisco is a leading name in network security and everyone is aware of it. Secondly, we were very comfortable with Cisco products due to their service quality and customer support. All these points we evaluate at the time of purchase of Cisco AnyConnect.

52 - Most of the users are from operations team, they use Cisco Anyconnect to access SAP. Accounts team also using it to access SAP.
So basically 70% users are from Operations and 30% from rest business functions i.e. Accounts, HR, IT.

2 - IT person with strong knowledge of Cisco products and VPN is preferable. He must have strong knowledge of Cisco Anyconnect implementation which is quiet difficult part.

Integration and configuration of cisco Anyconnect with other system is very easy. You can integrate it with Cisco Duo to enable multi factor authentication. Even it's easy to install and use in user's system.
I will prefer security features first and then pricing.

No we didn't purchased premium support because we have IT team with strong knowledge. Even we never faced any major issue with Cisco Anyconnect so far.
At the time of implementation of Cisco Anyconnect, Cisco support team provide us exceptional support which was really great.
