Overall Satisfaction with ChurnZero

Used to manage customer data and action based of off customer events (and lack thereof).

  • Customer success team.
  • Product integrations.

Cons

  • Reporting.
  • Administrator tools.
  • Too early to tell.
Better value and easier implementation.
Easy to set up and use. The customer success team is very knowledgeable and able to bring ideas to fruition.
