Evaluating Braze and Competitors
Yes - Braze replaced a fine CRM system called LeanPlum, a great tool in my current organization. Braze was phased in due to its impressive track record and exciting roadmap which we as an organization felt would be invaluable for us to meet our ambitious goals of becoming a market leader within our industry. We have been so impressed and will continue working with Braze for the foreseeable future.
- Cloud Solutions
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
For our organization, several factors came into play to move forward, the security of sensitive data was paramount as well as the ability to allow for scale across multiple markets and languages. We've found that Braze more than ticked the boxes when it came to integration and admire their roadmap for the future development of the platform.
I wouldn't In all honesty if I had to do it again, I would simply get in touch with the great folks over at Braze and get rolling on the project for implementation right now. Knowing the challenges and whats involved would be the key factor I would advise anyone on when integrating a new CRM system and luckily Braze is there every step of the way!
